Yes, all Topia Water glass water bottles are designed for repeated use, and are dishwasher safe. They are made to withstand commercial-grade washing cycles, making them ideal for hotel, restaurant, and office environments. 

Topia Water offers two cap types: the Rip Cap for the Urban Rip (applied with a Rip Cap Machine) and the Twist Cap for the Urban Twist – available in white (for still) or black (for sparkling). Please contact us to confirm compatibility with your setup.

Topia Water offers two capping machine options: a Manual Capper for applying Rip Caps by hand, and a Pneumatic Capper, which uses compressed air for faster, higher-volume capping. Both are compatible with the Urban Rip bottle. Please contact us to discuss which option best suits your operation.

Filter replacement frequency depends on your water quality and usage volume. As a general guide, most systems require filter servicing every 6 - 12 months. Topia Water’s service team can set up a maintenance schedule tailored to your installation and to conveniently suit your operations.

As standard, our Topia Water bottles are date-stamped only. Branded bottles can be specially arranged for larger commercial clients.
