STREAMLINE 200

This innovative on-site bottling solution is designed specifically for the growing demand for sustainable practices in the hospitality industry. It performs three key functions – filling, capping & date labeling – with its compact design and advanced technology, the Streamline 200 can be seamlessly integrated into the most space-conscious environments. It’s the ideal solution for hospitality sectors looking to increase productivity and maintain high standards of quality control.

FILLING

When preparing to fill, make sure to set the volume (small/large) and choose the water type. Once the glass bottles are rinsed, securely place them in the machine to start the filling process. On the button panel interface, there is an option to choose between chilled Still or Sparkling water. You can set your water volumes with two options.

CAPPING AND LABELING

As the bottles exit the machine, they are pneumatically capped to seal in freshness and then automatically labeled. The digital display allows users to customise the caps (i.e.: date stamp), ensuring that each bottle is accurately marked.

PACKING

The filled and sealed bottles are pushed out onto the outlet table, ready for packing and serving. Independent packing tables are available on request.
