Engineered for high-demand environments, this fully automatic bottling system takes the bottles through a complete journey. The system’s smart features significantly reduce the need for human intervention, ensuring optimal efficiency and minimal upkeep.
RINSING
Each glass water bottle enters the bottling system individually and is rinsed using high-pressure jets. This ensures further sanitation, meeting hygiene standards and preventing contamination. The washing process guarantees that the bottles are completely clean before they are filled with water.
FILLING
Once the bottles are rinsed, the filling process begins. The desired volume of water (small or large) and the water type (still or sparkling) is pre-set. The HMI display chooses the desired bottle size and water type before the filling initiates. The system accurately fills each bottle according to the selected volume, ensuring consistency and precision for every bottle produced.
CAPPING
After filling, the bottles are pneumatically capped to preserve freshness and prevent leakage. The system then automatically applies date codes, completing the process and making the bottles ready for packing and serving.
